Yes, If we have in stock, the samples are free, the customer just need to pay shipping cost, if it is custom made screw, the customer need to pay mold cost, and the samples are free

Yes, we can, we can provide high-precision parts and make the parts as your drawing.

Q4: How should I order and make payment?
By T/T, for samples 100% with the order; for production, 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production arrangement, the balance to be paid before shipment. negotiation accepted.

Q5: What’s your Delivery Time?

Standard parts: 7-20days
Custom parts: 15-25days
We will make the delivery as soon as possible with the guaranteed quality

Q6:How to Custom-made (OEM/ODM)?
If you have a new product drawing or a sample, please send it to us, and we can custom-made the as your required. We will also provide our professional advice on the products to make the design to be more realized & maximize the performance.

Q7:Which mode of transport would be better?
In general, the product is heavy, we advise to make delivery by sea, Also we respect your views of other transportation as well.

Q8:What is your MOQ
Depends on custom-made screws size, if we have it in stock, there is no MOQ.

Q9:We need custom screws but I don't see them on your website. What do I do?
You can send us your drawing by email and we can get you a quote within 8hours

Q10:What materials do you offer your custom screws in?
We can offer the materials as you requested, like carbon steel or 18-8 stainless steel,316 stainless steel, 410 stainless steel, or titanium, aluminum, brass, etc

Q11:If I need custom screws urgently, can you guys help me?
Normally our lead time is 3-4 weeks, if you need custom screws asap, we can try to make them to 2-3weeks.

Q12:You guys only produce screws?
We are screw manufacturers and screw suppliers, now we are specializing in custom screws,sems screws, tiny screw, micro screws, small screws, set screws, security screws, Torx screws, brass screws, long screws, thumb screws, Chicago screws, self-tapping screws, and custom bolts.
If you need other custom fasteners, or washers, nuts, we also can make them.
