However, the material of the cnc machining is different from of the cold heading processing, the titanium screws professing by cnc machining are often produced with TC4 titanium,
mainly because this titanium alloy has relatively high hardness and good comprehensive mechanical properties, which is more suitable for machining;
cold heading is mainly natural forming, so the material should not be too hard. Among titanium, TC2 titanium is more suitable.
TC2 titanium is usually called pure titanium. TC2 titanium is softer. At 350℃, the endurance strength for 100h is more than 400MPa, and hot processing has good plasticity.

The titanium screws are made by cold heading are more cost effective no matter from the material or technology.but the titanium screw are made by cnc machining will be more precision and a better appearance.their degree of precision can reach to 0.01mm
