Some wires need to be pickled to lubricate the surface and remove the oxide film on the surface to prepare for the next processing.

Then we enter the main topic, put the wire into the heading machine, after the machine is adjusted, the wire will be drawn out of the specified length and cut, and at the same time, the head will be formed under the action of the mold and the machine. The finished screws should be used to rub the teeth on the rubbing machine, and the corresponding teeth board should be selected to rub the threads of the screws. The custom screw produced in this way are still semi-finished products. If electroplating or other processing methods are required, other processes are required. If surface treatment is not required, they can be sent to the cleaning factory for cleaning.
